With the convening of a series of meetings such as the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, promoting the development of cultural undertakings and cultural industries, ensuring and improving the people's livelihood has become a hot topic in the planning world. In addition, the "city repair" requires urban repair work, not only to complete the repair of the hardware environment such as material space, but also to strengthen the soft environment such as social culture. As the cell of the city, the community is not only the carrier of urban refined management, but also the body of urban micro-regeneration.The community is facing a transition from incremental construction to incremental growth. How to meet the cultural appeals of residents while carrying out the regeneration of the community's physical environment is a difficult problem for planners.Based on the traditional community regeneration model, this paper explores a community regeneration model that can balance the needs of multiple parties and inherit the community culture. The main points of this paper are the following: How does cultural capital play a role in community regeneration? What is the mechanism of community collaborative planning operation and what is the mechanism for participation? How to reflect regional characteristics in urban old community regeneration? How can planners be active in community regeneration? This paper focuses on research issues, collects domestic and international cases of cultural capital and collaborative planning, and summarizes the “cultural-collaborative” planning method through a series of representative cases such as Qinghe experiment,Shijia Hutong and Shanghai Community Garden. In this paper, author use the methods of planning, architecture, landscape science, sociology, and culture to conduct research, and through the two cases of Yuzhong District(focusing on the medium-view perspective)and Hechuan District(focusing on the micro-view),we will carry out detailed practical interpretations, and improve and corroborate. The operability of a “cultural-collaborative” plan.In general, cultural capital must exert its value by first investigating and identifying through work meetings, resident interviews, access to materials, field research, etc.,and then judging the characteristics of different cultural capitals through value assessment, then explicit conversion and implicit Sexual transformation is converted into economic and social capital, activation of the community, and finally community regeneration through planning means. The community regeneration based on cultural capital is mainly reflected in the two aspects of public space remediation and community cultural restoration.Through scene design and other means, the old days are prosperous. At the same time, cultural capital,as a catalyst for multi-interest groups, assisted in the construction of a full-process collaboration platform: led by the street, guided by planners, assisted by the enterprise, organized by stages to update the planning work. While completing the space regeneration, deepen community governance and strengthen the community identity of residents. The research content can be divided into the following five parts:The first part(Chapter 1): Ask questions.Explain the research object, research significance and research problems of this paper, and analyze the research concepts "cultural capital","collaborative planning","old community regeneration",etc.,and define the scope of research. After that, the research framework of this paper is constructed and the research method is proposed. The second part(Chapter 2): Know the problem.Research on the concepts of cultural capital and collaborative planning, find the highlights and defects in existing theories and cases, and make preliminary judgments on the planning methods. At the same time,Chapter 2 briefly discusses the research focus and research adaptability of this paper. The third part(Chapter 3): Method construction.According to a series of cases such as Qinghe experiment,Shijia Hutong and Shenzhen Nantou Ancient City, the common methods are combined to form a “cultural-collaborative” planning method. This chapter provides a detailed analysis of the specific steps of the method, including the identification, investigation, evaluation, utilization, and basic processes of collaborative planning.Later, through two specific cases, this method is used for practice.Part ?(Chapters 4 and 5): Solving the problem. The fourth chapter takes Yuzhong District as an example to analyze the dilemma and opportunity of the old urban community in Chongqing. Then, the Daxigou Street update will carry out detailed drills on the “cultural-collaborative” planning method, then summarize the Chongqing collaborative governance methods, explore collaborative planning processes and methods, and consider how to institutionalize them. The fifth chapter takes the Caohuajie community in Hechuan District as an example.Through the “space regeneration based on cultural capital” and “community governance based on cultural capital”,the collaborative planning method is implemented. And in the practice of updating, explore the ways for community planners to practice on the ground. These two chapters explore the feasibility and practicality of the method from the mesoscale and microscale.Part ?(Chapters 6,7): draw conclusions. These two chapters summarize the innovations of the “cultural-collaborative” approach to planning and discuss what role adjustments the planner should make to accommodate current community regeneration projects. Finally, the conclusions and deficiencies of the research conclusions are discussed. This paper proposes a very feasible method for urban old community regeneration, which can provide some reference for subsequent practice. Finally, the following conclusions are drawn: First, cultural capital has strong availability in the field of community regeneration;second, collaborative planning is essential at the community scale and closely related to community culture;third,Cultural-collaborative planning should be based on respect for regional values and human values.
