A Study On The Mode Of Collaborative And Improvement Strategy In Xiamen Community

Large cities in our country has experienced rapid expansion phase.In terms of the city scale,more emphasis has put on sustainable urban development under the new normal community.Community is regarded as the basic unit of urban life and during the process of rapid urbanization,community emerges environmental degradation,culture disappearance,alienated social relations and so on many serious issues,which has affected the healthy development of the urban society.So people should pay more attention to community problems.This article aims to study Xiamen community collaborative as the research object.Firstly,this paper use the method of literature studying and case investigation to study the case of Xiamen community collaborative and construction.It is concluded that Xiamen community collaborative has the same goal,similar build method but different social background with community built in Japan and Taiwan district.Secondly,this paper applies the method of field investigation,to take research on project of urban old community,urban new community,mixed community,and rural community for the purpose to investigating the main community problems before the beginning of community collaborative project,the mode of community collaborative and modus,whether the past community problems are solved as well as community problems existing in current situation.Based on the case of Xiamen community collaborative that it can be summed up that the general pattern of Xiamen community collaborative.According to the concept of collaborative oriented by problem,together with present situation of community and community development rule,to put forward community collaborative planning methods under four categories of problems including community collaborative under the situation of environmental crisis,culture disappears,society development and human society.This paper also suggest that the government take six improvementstrategies for Xiamen collaborative foundation mode,including changing pilot community selected way,changing the planning way of community collaborative foundation overall goal formulation,changing the purpose of material space of community collaborative foundation mode and so on.
