Research On The Space Form Of The Traditioanal Towns Along The Rivers And Mountains In Bashu Area

The negative effects of modernism and globalization are directly reflected in the town construction.The regional characteristics such as the natural environment and historical connotation are concessions to the material conditions of contemporary technology.Social utilitarianism has spawned a large number of contemporary towns with poor identifiability and led to historical and cultural resources.Transitional development.In this era,studying the form and culture of settlements in specific historical periods and regions,refining their spatial characteristics,summarizing the design methods they reflect,and providing new design ideas and inspirations for contemporary architects has become an era responsibility of this article.As a kind of inhabited form with strong vitality,the town has a strong regional characteristics and a concentrated expression of traditional vocabulary.The towns along the rivers and mountains in Bashu are more unique in their spatial form.The paper takes "Bashu" as the regional research category,and takes the time Qing Dynasty to the present as the research time range,the "space form" as the new research perspective,and the "towns along the mountains and rivers" as the research object.On this basis,the field investigations were carried out on near 30 well-preserved towns with good overall layout,architectural form and environmental landscape in the Bashu area,in order to sort out the spatial morphological characteristics of the typical riverside towns along the Bashu,and compare and analyze them.Firstly,the paper studies the background and basic characteristics of Bashu Town under the specific natural geographical conditions along the rivers and mountains.From the perspective of visual landscape,the overall spatial form is studied from the perspective of the top view,the bottom view and the dynamic view.The characteristics of the waterfront space environment under different terrain conditions are studied by typology.On the basis of this,on the microscopic level,the architectural group formation is studied from the aspects of architectural group composition and the formation of the characteristics of this form.Also,the paper studies the unique environmental landscape of the town in the mountainous environment along the river,and analyzes the environmental landscape.Finally,it analyzes the problems faced in the process of protecting the towns along the rivers and mountains,and puts forward some suggestions.Therefore,it is hoped that it can play a solid foundation for the study of the regional characteristics of the Bashu traditional town space,and provide inherited cultural inspiration for contemporary urban construction and architectural creation.
