Commercial activities are one of the important functions of urban space.Outdoor shop signs are used as markers.As the store is completed,they are attached to the building wall.The outdoor shop signs rooted in the city is nourished by commercial interests and begins to grow wildly.One piece has become the culprit in obscuring buildings and destroying the landscape of the city.In recent years,the rectification work of outdoor shop signs in China has been valued by all walks of life.Major cities have taken the opportunity of hosting international events to launch large-scale outdoor shop signs and rectification work.However,the old problems have not been solved,and new problems have emerged.Compared with the current situation of high heterogeneity and chaos,some of the street reforms are more common and criticized by the public.The rectification work in various places has doubled the effort,and the problem of rectification of outdoor shop signs has become a stubborn problem in urban management.This paper takes the problems of outdoor shop signs in China as the research orientation,and combines project experience,literature research,expert consultation and other methods to explore the root causes of problems in the management,design,construction and operation of outdoor shop signs in China through surface chaos.It also summarizes the endogenous problems such as capital profit-seeking,lack of self-discipline within the logo industry,insufficient experience of urban managers,and lags behind international development in academic research as a whole.In the process of urbanization in developed countries,it has also faced a series of urban management issues including outdoor shop signs and rectification.After long-term research and practice,it has formed a management mechanism with perfect supervision,strict laws and full-time professional.Therefore,in the initial stage of the recruitment and rectification of outdoor shop signs in China,it is particularly important to draw on advanced experience in research.This paper selects typical cases from the developed countries and China's outdoor store recruitment and rectification cases as a sample of comparative research,and sets up a common system such as supervisionsystem,urban landscape layout planning,folk culture protection strategy,refinement and standardization construction.Explore the impact of different coping strategies on the outcome of the final remediation.Through benchmarking the international,grasping the context of the times,and transforming the untimely way of thinking,the benign development of scientific research to promote practice and management mechanisms.On the basis of clarifying the current stage of unified planning as a macro-remediation strategy,in order to further explore the “last mile” of outdoor shop recruitment fine management,this paper focuses on the national conditions,focusing on the design stage of outdoor shop signs,from physical form,regional culture,The four aspects of perceived scale and aesthetic value explore the important factors affecting outdoor store design.Combined with the industry practice experience gained in participating in relevant design projects in Shanghai,the basic principles of six outdoor shop signs design with safety,identification,harmony and regional culture as the core are summarized.This paper uses the example application design as the presentation and test of the research results.Selecting the Jinyanfang Commercial Building of Yandang Road in Huangpu District of Shanghai as the design object,and selecting the far,middle and close observation nodes to conduct a comprehensive survey of Jinyanfang.From the table and the inside,the existing design problems are analyzed in depth and the outdoor is proposed.The unified planning strategy and individual rectification plan of the store signs area.Under the guidance of the previous design research,we designed the old 18 stores and the new 6 stores to solve the problem of large-area sheltered buildings,color pollution,incomplete marking system,and lack of hierarchy.The improvement of the landscape.
