| In recent decades,China has made great progress in economy,culture and other aspects as a developing country,but it also faces huge challenges,which can be attributed to the fact that economic growth dominates society and people’s thinking,and these obstacles are particularly serious in the field of construction.In order to change the traditional construction management level is low,the management system,deficient problems such as heavy pollution and high energy consumption in the process of construction,building design,construction direction,multi-angle specifications of green energy conservation and environmental protection system,the domestic construction enterprises are also strictly observe,continuous innovation,through strengthen environmental protection measures in the aspects of building life cycle,to achieve energy-saving and land-saving,water saving,material saving and efficient use of resources.Faced with the severe development situation and the environmental pollution caused by it,the sustainable development of green construction has increasingly penetrated into all aspects of the construction industry.Green construction case study,this paper standardized construction management,focus on building the whole life cycle of green construction is an important stage,the analysis of the construction enterprises to adopt measure method,the framework of process and finally declare the national demonstration project of the construction of green construction achievements,summarizes the construction management standardization in combination with the advantages and disadvantages of green construction,green construction management system to promote the construction enterprises improve and promotion.This paper mainly studies in the following aspects:(1)Search the literature,summarize the development and existing problems of green construction management system at home and abroad,summarize the purpose and significance of the study,summarize the main content of this paper and the methods adopted.(2)This paper studies the theory of standardization,green construction,construction management and evaluation management system,analyzes the role of standardized technical management in green construction management,analyzes the basic principles and evaluation methods of green construction evaluation system,and provides a foundation for the fourth chapter of engineering examples.(3)Taking Qingdao jiaodong international airport rail transit construction project airport station and open-cut section project as an example,the paper analyzes the role of BIM system in the whole engineering cycle,and the promotion role of green construction data integration,analysis and rectification.Construct standardized BIM system construction process,and verify through engineering examples that standardized process is beneficial to the promotion of green construction.(4)Fieldwork in Nantong ChongChuan new standardization of project management methods,a new school is suitable for green engineering construction enterprise management system,from the construction index,construction management,main measures and technical innovation of this a few aspects of validation,standardization of enterprise green construction management system in line with national standards and application promotion value. |
