"Process Reengineering" is a thinking innovation in the field of manufacture, and provides a new thought for manufacturing enterprise's production organization and management. Manufacturing process reengineering facing aero manufacture enterprise is significant for improving its production effeciency and the level of management.Research on the methods PDM—based manufacturing process reengineering (MPR, for short in the following text) and the technologies of design and application PDMs—based numeric manufacturing process reengineering (NMPS, for short in the following text) are mainly discussed. Both PDM—based MPR and PDMs—based NMPS are orienting to the numeric production line of aero—engine key parts.The information—driven theory of aero product manufacturing process, and application mechanism and process of PDM—based MPR thought are mainly discussed in the research on the methods of PDM—based MPR. Manufacturing process's evaluating index system and reference model and decisive model have been proposed, implementing a kind of whole evaluating method fitting in the processes of manufacturing enterprise. Combined with the dependent project, the demand of enterprise implementing MPR has been analyzed, the design and modeling methods of manufacturing enterprise have been researched, the manufacturing process system and key process models of numeric aero—engine's blade production line in Xi'an Aero—engine (Group) Ltd. Have been reengineered to design.In the research on the technologies of design and application of PDMs—based NMPS, the system's design principle and objective, system's configuration design and functional planning have been mainly discussed. The selecting principle of PDM foundation software has been determined. The methods of software integration and customization, management of process data and user, customization and application of manufacturing process in the NMPS based on Teamcenter Enterprise 4.0 have been researched. Through the running and testing, the system can meet the enterprise's demand.
