| China’s economy has been developing rapidly and the scale of construction industry has been expanding fast for many years.However,construction workers are mainly migrant workers,and the overall construction management is low-grade and wild.In the construction process,it has the situation of wasting resources,severe environmental disruption,high pollution,and high consumption.Since the beginning of the twenty-first century,our country has gradually recognized the importance of protecting ecological environment and sustainable development.In order to realize the goals of protecting ecological environment,sustainable development,saving resources and enhancing social influence of the enterprise during the construction process,some construction enterprises in our country are vigorously developing green construction technologies,and are actively applying for the national green construction demonstration projects.However,during the implementation process of green construction still widespread exist these problems such as disorganized during the organization and management process of green construction,low cost-effectiveness,severe loss of technology and experience of the green construction management.This paper combines with the development trend and some existing problems of green construction,seeks innovation in the concept of green construction,combines the theory of standardized with the theory of green construction to research the theory of green construction based on the concept of standardization,in order to solve some problems in the implementation process of green construction and make up the research deficiencies in green construction and improve the efficiency of green construction.The research mainly from the following aspects:1.Reviewed the literature related to green construction,summarized the current research status of green construction in our country,researched the theory of standardized green construction,explored the application value and advantage of the standardized green construction.2.Researched the method of how to choose BIM software during the process of the implementation of standardized green construction management based on BIM technology.Researched some application points of BIM technology in green construction management,designed the standardized implementation process of materials saving management,energy saving management,water saving management,land saving management,personnel safety management and environmental protection management based on BIM technology,and established a standardized green construction management framework system based on BIM technology.3.Used Analytic Hierarchy Process to design the evaluation model of standardization of green construction in construction site,designed a economic effect evaluation model of standardized green construction based on the theory of engineering economy and standardized evaluation,established a evaluation system of standardized green construction.4.With Jin Tu Mu project cases,this paper proved applicability and feasibility of standardized green construction management framework system based on BIM technology and standardized green construction evaluation system,and analyzed full-automatic mechanical float and environment friendly drainage ditch being as two standardized green construction innovative construction technologies. |
