With the deepening and expanding of China's reform and opening up,China's economic market is increasingly prosperous and market competition is more intense.Especially,the reform of state-owned enterprises is in full swing.State-owned enterprises in various industries have more opportunities and more formidable challenges.In the process of enterprise management,how to stand firm and even become bigger and stronger in the fierce market competition has become an important topic for many state-owned enterprises and even central enterprises.Logistics is a key component in the process of economic development and plays a very important role in the manufacturing industry.It is another "profit point" to reduce the cost of enterprises and improve the operating efficiency.Scientific and efficient logistics management is the key to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises in the market.Company A is A central shaanxi enterprise with outstanding comprehensive advantages in the field of equipment and engineering.Its market share of core products has exceeded 40%,but with the development and expansion of the company's business,the material supply capacity is increasingly unable to meet the needs of the company's development.Logistics management and inventory management are unscientific,relying on experience,backward technical means,and the universality of manual operations are the characteristics of A company's logistics management for A long time.Taking company A as an example,this paper deeply analyzes the logistics management and logistics process of company A,applies modern logistics theory and management methods,and solves the practical problems in the logistics management and operation of company A through business process reengineering and application of information technology.Divide the logistics management of the company into procurement logistics,production logistics and sales logistics,analyze the problems of each process and make corresponding plans.For the procurement logistics reengineering around the production needs,shorten the procurement cycle,strengthen material inventory management,reduce the procurement cost,enhance the procurement response capacity;For the reengineering of production logistics around the needs of the market,effective integration of logistics information,effective control of production planning,and the process of unreasonable adjustments;The reengineering of sales logistics centers on customer demand management,strengthens the accuracy of sales planning,so as to reduce the cost of the company and improve the competitiveness of the company.
