Application Of Project Management In The Development Of Oem Vehicle Software Project

With the rapid development of the automotive industry,various electronic equipments of the car,not only to meet the needs of controlling the vehicle and security,but also to introduce various of information and applications,such as entertainment,convenience,travelling and others,resulting from the process of vehicle terminals and car networking.The development of this trend led to the prosperity of automotive electronics,and attracted a large number of manufacturers to join the field of automotive electronics.At the same time,domestic OEM companies are in the process of transformation that moving from OEM to ODM(Original Design Manufacture original design manufacturer)to OBM(Original Brand Manufacture).In the early stages of the transition,these OEMs still have to rely on order processing to make a profit.OEM business is still the most important economic source during the transition period.At present,the following problems often exist in the actual development of OEM automotive electronic projects,lacking planning at the beginning of new product development,resulting in late changes;new product development process have not been effectively retained,result in people cannot understand the history of product development later;in addition,At present,domestic automotive electronics factory designers frequently flow,these unfavorable factors are great risk for product quality and stability.So It is necessary to study the improvement of the project management for the actual situation of the domestic OEM automotive electronic R & D projects.First of all,this paper analyzes the current situation of automotive electronics industry,introduced the project management method of automakers,and then puts forward the project management method suitab le for the OEM electronic project for the domestic automobile manufacturers’ lack of project management.For the actual management plan,the characteristics and development steps of the automobile electronics industry are discussed from the elements of the project management,and then the management problems and the causes of the current project development are enumerated and analyzed.Finally,combined with the characteristics of automotive electronics industry,this paper summarizes the improvement scheme of OEM automotive electronic project management in the five aspects of scope management and schedule management and communication management and team management and risk managementIn terms of the feasibility of proving the program,the author applied the program to the actual development project to explore its actual project to improve the effect.Specifically,taking the actual project of P company as example,implementing the management program,studying its quality in software development,improving the practical effect in the process of software development.Through the establishment of the system and effective management program,enrich the domestic OEM automotive electronic software project management methods.
