Quality Management Research On Software Project Of H Company

With the development of information technology and popularization,Enterprises have been carrying out informatization,the informatization process is accompanied by many software projects.The software projects requires a large number of human,material and financial resources,and the success of software project directly affects the income of enterprise investment:If the project is successful,it will improve the enterprise management efficiency and reduce the cost of management.On the contrary,it will not only lose the enterprise's direct investment,but also affect or reduce the enterprise's management efficiency and even restrict the enterprise's business development.The main factor that determines the success or failure of a software project is the quality of the software project.Improving the quality of enterprise software project has become crucial,which needs to be realized by strengthening the quality management of software proj ect.Taking H company as the research object,this paper attempts to summarize and analyze the quality management problems in the past software project of H company,and find the influencing factors on the quality management of the software project.Then it develops software project quality management plan and measures for H company by referring to nowadays advanced theories and practices of domestic and abroad,and tests the effectiveness of the plan and measures in practice.In this way,a quality management system is gradually established for H company to improve the quality management level of software projects.At the same time,we also hope that it can provide a reference for the peer enterprises or other enterprises in the software project construction.The first chapter of this paper describes the background and significance of the research,the status quo of the research on quality management and software project quality management at home and abroad,as well as the research content and research methods of this paper.In the second chapter,on the basis of reading a large number of literature and materials,the concepts of quality,quality management,software project quality management and other advanced quality management theories,such as total quality management,PDCA quality cycle,and quality management ternary theory,are sorted out and elaborated.The third chapter firstly introduces the general situation of H company,the software projects completed at present,and the objective conditions and characteristics of the software project.Then combining with the previous software project,it analyzes the quality management problems existing in the software project of H company in terms of organizational construction and process management.In fourth chapter,the software project process of H company is divided into four stages,namely project initiation,bidding,implementation and acceptance.Factors affecting quality management in the four stages,such as organizational construction,company culture,management process,management tools and communication mechanism,are analyzed.The fifth chapter,combining quality management problems and factors that affecting quality management described in the two chapters above,develops a scheme of project quality management with two and six principles to improve the quality of H company's software project management based on the total quality management,quality of PDCA cycle,ternary theory of quality management.Chapter six applies the quality management scheme proposed in the previous chapter to the establishment of project organization and the quality management activities of quality management plan,quality assurance and quality control in the four stages of project initiation,bidding,implementation and acceptance of the DMS project in H company,and determines the effectiveness of the scheme through the actual application effect.
