Study On Risk Management Of The Expansion Project Of Visual Aids System For Navigation

With the rapid development of civil aviation industry,the civil airport expansion project is in progress and on a larger scale.The expansion project of visual aids system for navigation is an important part,which involves some difficulties,such as construction without air service suspension and large-scale influence.Therefore,it is necessary to reduce the risk of the project through risk management.In this thesis,the author studies the risk of the expansion project of visual aids system for navigation by means of risk identification,risk assessment and risk treatment.The author then describes the risk categories and models.He also puts forward the concept of the risk of construction without air service suspension and gives the related dealing method— Deadline Lists.By studying Theory of Constraints and Five Focusing Steps,the author also raises an improved version of his Deadline Lists in order to extend its application range.Moreover,he finds some available samples and performs the feasibility tests based on the Deadline Lists and its improved version.Through efforts,the author harvests a series of risk management measurements for construction without air service suspension,which can effectively reduce the risk and provide guarantees for the safe operation of civil airports.
