Research On The Whole Process Management Of The Non-stop Navigation Of The Pipeline In The Airport Terminal Area Of A City

At present,in the field of civil aviation in China,the air transport volume of the airport is growing rapidly,the number of airport construction is increasing,the construction scale is expanding,and the airport density is increasing.However,there is still a big gap in the airport project management ability,especially in the reconstruction and expansion projects,the original pipelines often need to be guided,As a pre factor of all processes,the pipeline diversion construction is particularly important,and the original underground pipeline has the characteristics of complex types,incomplete or inaccurate historical data for reference,involving multiple pipeline ownership departments,resulting in heavy coordination workload and so on.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the original pipeline of the airport terminal area reconstruction and expansion project.In our country,the research on the modification of airport terminal pipeline is not deep enough,and there are few implementation cases.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the whole process management of such projects to promote the healthy development of China's airport construction.In this thesis,a city airport terminal area of the original pipeline diversion project as an example,to explore how the modern management mode is reasonable and scientific,does not affect the normal operation of the airport under the condition of the original pipeline navigation.This thesis consists of six chapters.The content of the first chapter is the introduction of this thesis,that is,the background of this thesis,the purpose of the thesis,and the current domestic research status,the significance of the research thesis and the technical route and method of writing are described.The content of the second chapter is the basic overview of the airport terminal area pipeline non-stop navigation,including the definition of non-stop navigation construction and the characteristics of underground pipeline.The third chapter is the case analysis of the project,taking a city Airport Terminal Area Pipeline non-stop navigation reform project as an example,introduces the project background,characteristics,key and difficult points analysis,etc.The fourth chapter is the analysis of the whole process management of the selected case project,including the project start-up stage,implementation stage,and the ending process of non-stop navigation reform.The fifth chapter is the analysis of the problems in the whole process management of the selected case project.Firstly,the problems in the whole process management of the project are found,and then the causes of the problems are analyzed,and the optimization suggestions of the project management are put forward.The content of the sixth chapter is the conclusion and prospect,that is,the conclusion of the thesis research,and in the research process is limited by the personal level,there are still some shortcomings,but also expressed the prospect of the future research road.
