Risk Management For Renovation Project Of Hongqiao Airport No.2 Light Substation

Since the 21 st century,as the rapid development of our country’s civil aviation,each year all kinds of construction,reforming,renovation projects are continuously held in every big civil airport.In respect of the non-stop flights project,it must be carried out with the assurance of the safe operation of the airport.Once the problem in the process of project happened,it can not only cause loss,even worse it will directly affect the flight safety.Therefore,effective risk management on civil aviation engineering projects has important theoretical and practical significance.Based on the application of project risk management theory,we will make the risk management plan of the renovation project of Hongqiao Airport No.2 Light Substation.Then carry out risk identification in the whole life cycle of project to make risk checklist by brainstorm and Delphi method.We analyze project all risks by adopting the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis methods and sort all the risks according to the results of risk assessment.On the basis of the results of the project risk evaluation,we will formulate the risk response strategies according to the nature of risk and the project decision maker’s ability to bearing the risk.Finally in the process of project implementation,we will monitor the development and change of risk and adjust the risk response strategies if needed in order to achieve maximum security under the non-stop flight situation during the period of project implementation and avoid the risk of loss and bad effect,ensure the project completed on schedule and budget as planned and provide reference for similar civil aviation projects.
