In the past more than and 10 years,the domestic automobile industry has experienced rapid development,China car ownership already ranked first in the world,along with the automobile industry chain gradually improved,especially the implementation of the 2013 car three guarantees policy,put forward higher requirements on the car customer service,the quality problem is put in a more prominent position.K company is a foreign enterprise supplier,in the domestic set up more than 20 years,the company mainly produces automobile steering column,interior switch,module and other products.This paper introduces the basic situation of the main workshop of K company,describes the project A ignition switch function structure and production process,through the analysis of client 0km and customer service bad data put forward A project to improve the ignition switch failure problem,based on zero km and customer service by data layer analysis,determine the function of KL75 in order to improve the bad points,by using the characteristic diagram,detailed analysis from six aspects of human,machine,material,method,ring,measurement,and finally locked the main body because of influence,therefore will improve as the focus of foreign bodies.Increase the dust removal equipment,the relevant parts of the packaging improvement,improve the three major improvement direction,making improvement objectives and action plan,combined with the comprehensive quality management methods,implementing the improvement plan for the use of specific guidance to improve the quality of the PDCA ring,applying relevant knowledge of mold and material evaluation,through continuous improvement,the final effect,zero km and the bad customer service has reached the requirements of customers,improve customer satisfaction,the company's failure cost is greatly reduced.Have a good reference in the ignition switch contact design for foreign bodies caused by shrapnel dysfunction improved,especially the development and application of Typhoon dust removal system,greatly enriched the dust removal requirements,and provides solution for other products with high requirements of the company registration.
