Research On The Development Strategy Of State Grid Gansu Electric Power Company Under The Background Of Energy Structure Adjustment

At present,the proportion of power saving and power generation with new energy as the main body is constantly increasing,which poses a huge challenge for the operation of the power grid.It requires power companies to attach great importance to energy structure adjustment,strengthen power generation security acquisition,open grid fair access,and establish distribution.A new mechanism for the development of new energy,adapting to the trend of green and low-carbon energy transformation and the development trend of power grid to energy Internet.This article takes the State Grid Gansu Electric Power Company as an example to carry out in-depth research on the energy structure adjustment of power companies.The purpose of this paper is to further enrich the theoretical research results of energy structure adjustment of state-owned large-scale power enterprises,and provide new ideas and references for China’s power system reform and innovation.Promote the adjustment of energy structure in Gansu Province,the optimization of the business strategy of the State Grid Gansu Electric Power Company,and economic transformation.This paper mainly uses research methods such as literature research method,investigation research method,comparative analysis method and qualitative analysis method.Firstly,it expounds the content,trend and existing problems of energy structure adjustment,and expounds the status quo and business development of Gansu Power Company.Secondly,it systematically analyzes the political,economic,cultural and technological environment,advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of the State Grid Gansu Electric Power Company.Finally,on the basis of PEST and SWOT analysis,the development strategy optimization measures and safeguard measures of the State Grid Gansu Provincial Electric Power Company to cope with energy structure adjustment are proposed.Through the research in this paper,it is found that the State Grid Gansu Electric Power Company has the advantages of large installed capacity of new energy,large scale of power grid,wide coverage,high market share and strong professional competence;and the development strategy of the Silk Road Economic Belt.The structural reform of the energy supply side will accelerate,and the national energy development strategy and layout will further increase the strategic position of Gansu and other opportunities.At the same time,it has disadvantages such as insufficient demand in the power market in Gansu Province,serious overcapacity in Gansu Province,limited space for new energy development,and increased cost of traditional energy development.It faces the uncertainty of power system reform and the coordination of energy systems.Further strengthen the threat.Advantages and disadvantages are at the same time,opportunities and challenges coexist.The future development strategy of the State Grid Gansu Provincial Electric Power Company should be: use the "two major opportunities" to achieve "three efforts."
