Research On Financial Strategy Optimization Of Traditional Automobile Enterprises Under The Background Of Industrial Structure Adjustment

In recent years,the awareness of social environmental protection and energy conservation has been gradually enhanced.The state pays great attention to promoting the adjustment of economic structure and developing strategic emerging industries.With the economic development,the optimized allocation of production factors among various industrial sectors and the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure,emerging industries will become the main force of national economic development.The development of new energy industry is an important step in the national development plan.China is a big importer of petroleum and energy,and China's automobile market is very large,the development of new energy is of great significance to the progress of China's automobile industry.BYD as a traditional auto makers follow the national sustainable development planning,since 2008,the layout of new energy automobile market and occupy a certain position in the industry,but as the increase of state support,the industry entrants increase and the market capacity is stagnant,fiercer market competition,the company want to sustainable development,in the process of transformation and upgrading of the reasonable financial strategy is indispensable.In this paper,starting from the research background,the scholars at home and abroad are summarized according to the different views of the different research of financial strategy,with the concept and theoretical basis is related to the enterprise financial strategy and industrial restructuring,and then is the external environment for the company to carry out the strategy of financial analysis as well as the company's overall strategy and financial strategy selection of specific content,and the use of analysis tools to analyze the company's financial strategy implementation and rating,and implementation of financial strategy summarizes deficiency,and in view of the shortcomings of financial strategy optimization scheme is put forward.Through the research,this paper finds that the financial strategy adopted by BYD company has the following shortcomings:excessive investment expansion,unreasonable capital structure and unstable dividend distribution policy.In view of the above problems,this paper proposes an optimization plan.Firstly,BYD company should adjust its financial strategy under the background of industrial structure adjustment.Next,it is taken for BYD company investment strategy,financing strategy and dividend distribution strategy in the specific optimization measures are put forward:avoid excessive investment,concentrated financial resources,strengthening the management of the industrial chain,optimizing the structure of assets and liabilities,improve the asset turnover,strengthen the budget management,etc.,at the same time also for BYD company financial strategy implementation,are put forward on the internal environment of internal and external combined with coordination and stable development.In order to adapt to the general environment of industrial structure adjustment,BYD company should not only make financial strategy adjustment for the external environment,but also make corresponding improvement for the internal environment.Reasonable financial strategy is also an important guarantee for the long-term survival and development of the enterprise in the changeable market environment.
