Research On The Design Of Residence Based On The Idea Of Local Culture

With the steady improvement of the national economy and the rapid development of tourism,rural tourism is becoming more and more popular.In the choice of travel accommodation,people are more and more inclined to have regional cultural characteristics of the residential.In the course of the development of residential accommodation,there are also many problems.Due to the rapid development of residential quarters,more and more villagers in rural areas use idle residential houses to transform into residential quarters.However,due to the excessive pursuit of interests by operators,there is a tendency of homogeneity in rural residential quarters and the imitation of hotel decoration style,which makes the transformation of residential houses into residential quarters lose their own local cultural characteristics,and the characteristics of traditional residential buildings are destroyed.This study mainly through the targeted study of Meitan local culture residential design,to explore the design method that can not only ensure the traditional style of residential,but also apply the local culture of residential to residential design.This paper consists of five chapters.The first chapter studies the research background,purpose and significance,contents and methods of the research,and the current situation at home and abroad.The second section makes a theoretical research on the related concepts of residential quarters and local culture.The third section analyses the design strategies of residential quarters design combined with local culture through collecting and sorting out the design cases of residential quarters.Chapter IV is the practical project of residential quarters.Taking Meitan traditional residential houses as an example,the author carries out the design practice of residential quarters and verifies the credibility of the method.The last chapter summarizes the paper.Through summing up the design strategy of combining residential quarters with local culture: 1.Exterior facade of buildings continuing local characteristics 2.Renewal of space function of residential quarters interior space and local elements to create a local atmosphere of interior space 3.Expressing the local spirit of residential quarters local culture through the creation of local artistic conception in residential outdoor courtyard space.The design method summarized above is expected to provide reference for the development of residential quarters,which can promote the development of residential quarters to a certain extent.
