Research On Design Optimization Of Outdoor Environment In Residence Area

In the process of residence area design, a better method called "optimizing design" was adopted while following the traditional way of architecture and landscape design simultaneously.Using the method of doing architecture and landscape design simultaneously, "optimizing design" was based on the research of space optimization to get harmony for architectures and outside environment, and finally achieved design optimization"Optimizing design" proposed that the architecture and outside environment should act upon each other in order to ensure the architecture could make necessary compromise and adjustment to meet the reasonable need of outside environment when necessary.Currently, there appeared so many landscape design companies who designed the landscape independently without the help of architects, so that the landscape design lagged behind in architecture design, which was called "Step-by-step design" . It would result in a fault zone between the architecture and outside environment, and reduced the quality of outside environment accordingly."Optimizing design" was just overtaking as well as a repair to "step-by-step design" . It was not only novel, but also a development in application based on the predecessors' experience.The research scope covered the objectives, principles, methods and modes of "optimizing design" .Optimizing objectives proposed the measuring standard for humanity, variety, evolution, economy. Therefore, the principle of unity, harmony, taste, foresight had to be followed.Optimizing modes gave how to solve problems during optimizing design. The optimized modes at ground analysis stage included optimizing civil plan, topography, climate and humanities etc.At the general plan stage, it was proposed to optimize space combination, space structure, pattern background relationship as well as the fifth elevation.At scheme design stage, it was proposed to optimize landscape direction, architecture interface and outside design indoorization.Optimizing modes would guide the designer' mind and make the designer avoid mechanical copying. The above mode was not of too much new meaning, just a development based on the researches before. Hence it was of the most value and worth to write. It belonged to initial stage.
