Indoor And Outdoor True Three-Dimensional Virtual Campus Environment Is Constructed Based On Unreal Engine

The expression of virtual 3D visualization is the most important part of the expression of virtual geographic environments.The effect of 3D visualization is related to the quality of immersion,reality and experience in the virtual geographic world.However,the existing 3D visual expression usually separates the indoor environment from the outdoor environment.According to the different research scales,large scenes and small scenes are usually expressed separately.Therefore,this paper will study the simulation of true 3D virtual environment for indoor and outdoor scenes integration.Aiming at the shortcomings of the existing research,the solution of indoor and outdoor scenes integrated in the true 3D virtual environment simulation is proposed.This study takes the campus environment simulation as an example.Aiming at the large scene in large scale,Unmanned Aerial Vehicle(UAV)adopts the inclined photogrammetry technology to collect the low-altitude high-resolution remote sensing images and quickly generate the 3D model.For small scenes in small scale,on the basis of indoor three-dimensional point cloud,CAD architectural graphic design and other data assisting,the indoor environment model is modified through the software of3DMax.Combined with the advantages of rapid modeling for the large scenes and deeply description for the small scenes,the scheme effectively completed the integration of indoor and outdoor virtual environment construction.In the experiment,using the 3D rendering Engine named Unreal Engine 4,the integration of indoor and outdoor really 3D scenes will be rendered,so as to construct the virtual 3D visualization scenes combining the environment,the object and the actor,making people addicted to where people feel higher immersive,more reality and more experience.Finally,it will be released to Android devices to improve its applicability,usability and wide popularity.
