Since the emergence of the Financial Shared Services model in the United States in the 1980 s,many companies have established their own Financial Shared Services Centers to standardize the financial accounting management process,reduce the cost of enterprises and improve efficiency.However,most small and medium-sized enterprises are not able to invest enough manpower and material resources to build their own Financial Shared Services Centers,so they cannot enjoy the convenience brought by the Financial Shared Services model.In order to help them enjoy Financial Shared Services,commercialization emerged.Based on Jiuqijinjian company as an example,deeply analyzes the financial Shared services for the construction industry in the process of commercial practice,studies and summarizes the problem which construction financial Shared services are faced in the process of commercialization,and tries to put forward the corresponding solution countermeasures,design a general commercial platform,put forward the optimal path of commercial operation,in order to be able to construction or other industry enterprises to get some ideas and to reference for financial Shared services commercialized.This thesis is divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly explains the background and significance of the research,literature review and other basic information.The second part mainly introduces the basic theory of Financial Shared Services to lay a foundation for the follow-up study of this thesis.The third part is a descriptive analysis of the status quo of the commercialization of Financial Shared Services.This chapter makes a corresponding statement on the status quo of the commercialization of Financial Shared Services in recent years,and briefly introduces the status quo of the commercialization of Financial Shared Services in the construction industry.The fourth part is a case study of Jiuqijinjian co.,LTD.,focusing on its specific practices in the commercialization of Financial Shared Services,and SWOT analysis and strategic evaluation of the company.The fifth part,based on Jiuqijinjian,analyzes the problems faced by construction enterprises in the commercialization of Financial Shared Services and proposes corresponding solutions.Furthermore,this chapter attempts to design the basic architecture of the commercialization platform of Financial Shared Services and proposes the optimization path of the commercialization operation process.The sixth part draws the conclusion and looks into the future of Financial Shared Services commercialization.The innovation of this thesis lies in that there are few studies on the commercialization of financial Shared services at present.This thesis combines theories with cases to deeply analyze the process of the commercialization of financial Shared services in the construction industry,which is innovative and forward-looking to some extent.At the same time,it has certain guiding significance for enterprises to transform the financial Shared service center from "cost center" to "profit center".However,the deficiency of this thesis is that due to the short time of its establishment,there are few relevant public materials,which may make the case analysis and research unperfect in this thesis.
