In the digital era,the increasingly fierce enterprise competition drives the reform of enterprise financial management mode.As a new financial management mode,financial sharing service mode can effectively reduce enterprise financial costs and creates new value for enterprises,and has become a new mode for large group enterprises to explore financial transformation.In the process of scale expansion of L Group,the company is faced with such phenomena as increased financial cost,low efficiency of capital settlement and decentralized management power,which have affected the sustainable development of the company to a certain extent.It is necessary to seek a new mode of financial sharing as a method to solve these problems.Through the methods of literature research and case analysis,on the basis of studying the theory of shared services,and starting from the operating status of L Group,this paper analyzes the necessity and feasibility of L Group’s construction of Financial Shared Service Center(FSSC),explores the scheme design of L Group’s construction of FSSC,and summarizes the positive effects of reducing financial costs,strengthening capital control,and improving work efficiency in the pilot stage.Then it analyzes the problems faced by L Group in the construction of FSSC such as business process to be improved,business scope to be expanded,data value to be deeply mined,personnel transformation risk,etc.,and puts forward corresponding safeguard measures from the four aspects of business process,information system,organization personnel and operation management.This paper has certain enlightenment and reference significance for traditional large enterprise groups to implement financial sharing and financial transformation.
