Research On Security Risk Prevention Of Driverless Cars In China

Driverless cars have begun to appear.As technology matures,it will profoundly change the way of travel,work,entertainment and other human life.While self-driving technology brings convenience to people,there may be significant security risks behind it,which will have a negative impact.Since the driverless cars haven't yet been listed,people have not yet felt the imminent threat of law and order chaos.Currently,there is very little research at home and abroad.In fact,it can be seen from the security problems of Internet technology that new technologies may cause huge losses in a short period of time and need to be prevented in advance.This paper starts with the security characteristics of driverless cars,analyzes the forms of its security risk,and focuses on risk prevention strategies based on factors affecting risks.The structure of this paper is mainly divided into the following parts:The first part is mainly to clarify what problems we are studying.Firstly,it introduces the development status of driverless cars in the context of national prevention of major risks,and then discusses the significance of research on the prevention and control of public security risks,and finally clarifies the main concepts related to it.The second part focuses on the analysis of several features that driverless cars will show in terms of law and order.First,driverless cars cause changes in lifestyle,social structure and social rules,and strongly impact the original order of public security.Second,the convenience and particularity of driverless cars will facilitate illegal activities and thus amplify traditional security risks.Third,the uncertainty of technological development and social response,leading to uncertainty about future security risks.The third part mainly discusses the possible security risk manifestations of driverless cars.The first is the security risk of data leakage.The second is the risk of a surge in the number of crimes and the aggravation of crimes.The third is the risk of unstable social structure and increased risk factors.The fourth is the risk of the proliferation of traditional law and order violations.The fourth part focuses on the reasons for the security risks of driverless cars from three aspects.First,there are defects in technology,technology is not omnipotent.Second,users,managers and other people are affected by their quality and their behaviors are uncertain.Third,the level of technology,management,and awareness of government regulation cannot keep up with technological development.The fifth part proposes a complete prevention strategy for the security risks of driverless cars.The first is to strengthen the scientific idea of public security prevention.The second is to improve policy and regulation system.The third is to strengthen daily technical management measures.The fourth is to guard against major public security disasters.The fifth is to improve the law enforcement of Criminal offence related to driverless cars.The sixth is to guide the driverless cars industry associations to improve internal management and participate in government management.
