The rapid rise of railway transportation industry with the rapid development of the domestic economy, and the speed of the train also will be increasing. As we all know, the higher speed of the train, the greater of the risk. It would often result in severe personal loss and property if the accident had happened. Therefore train control system which control train speed played a crucial role. In order to protect the safety of the train control system from the source. First of all it need to analyze, control its security risks during the development phase. Second is the operations, security risk management process.This description is mainly from the present situation of security risk management, introduces the related theories of security risk. To explain the nature of the definition of the security and safety risk management, and for the three steps of the general risk management:risk identification, risk assessment, risk control are discussed in detail. On this basis, the development phase of the train control equipment commonly used FMEA, FTA and HAZOP three security risk analysis methods. In the analysis principles, analyze the processes and analytical steps to do a comparative analysis. And pointed out the characteristics and limitations of these three security risk analysis methods. And how effective and rational use of these three methods for train control equipment product development projects for security risk management. Finally take charge to propose some solving project about one of the train control system’s products.
