Research On The Security Risk Prevention Strategies Of Langfang Electric Power Communication Network

The safe operation of electric power systems and the safe operation of electric power communication network are closely related.The performance of the communication network will decrease with the degradation of the performance of the communication network services. The Langfang electric power communication network is an important part of the Langfang electric power system which mainly surport the sustainable development of the system and provide servies for the safety production of the Langfang electric power network. So today with the rapid development of the electric power network,the entire Langfang electric power system can run safely by increase the security of the Langfang electric power communication network.With the perspective of the security risk prevention,we analysis the situation,problems,the future develop goals in details.According to the security demand of the electric power communication network,the security threats are analyzed, and the security risk assessment system is established. A comprehensive evaluation method with combining quantitative analysis with qualitative analysis is proposed. The value of the security risk related factors are calculated by using the AHP,and the values are ranked which provide strong basis for the adoption of the the risk prevention measures. According to the expert evaluation of network,we also use the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to receive the level of risk of the langfang electric power communication network. The security risk prevention measures and safety management programs which are used to prevent the incident and ensure the safety,reliable,efficient operation of the LangFang electric power communication network are proposed based on the the level of risk.
