Research On Risk Management Of Automotive Exhaust System Cold End Development Project In T Company

China is already the world automobile manufacturing country through continues effort.However,there is still big gap between China and developed countries and the development of domestic automobile manufacturing enterprises is still difficult.The main reason is we are lack of core technology and risk management capability in new projects development,which is "soft power".Therefore,the research on the project risk management of automobile manufacturing has great practical and strategic significance to China's automobile industry.Automotive Exhaust System is an important component of vehicles,which carry out chemical and physical process to solve chemical and noise pollution problem and has high requirements to technology and quality.Based on the risk management theory,combing with the actual situation of T Company and the exhaust system cold end development project and take TV541 project as an example,this paper carries out research on the exhaust system cold end development project risk management method,which is divided into the following parts:Firstly,the concept of project management,risk management and the methods used in the course of this study are briefly introduced.Second,to introduce the automobile exhaust system cold end development projects,to analyze the characteristics and the problems that T Company has been facing in risk management.Based on the above characteristics and risk management theory,we make out the Project Risk Management Plan as the guiding principle of risk management method.Finally,we use Work Breakdown Structure and Preliminary Hazard Analysis to get the risk list of the quality,cost and timing.Using risk matrix,we assign the risk value from two aspects of occurrence probability and impact degree,and make the quantitative and qualitative analysis of the overall risk value.According to the results,we use the risk prevention risk and back up measures as the risk response measures.The whole process should be monitored and the feedback mechanism of Lessons Learned process should be improved in order to make the risk management more systematic and to establish the ability of continuous improvement.
