Research On Inheritance And Renovation Of Traditional Dwellings In Shangyue Village,Qingyuan,Northern Guangdong

Under the background of the new era,China is speeding up economic development while vigorously strengthening cultural construction and striving to achieve cultural Renaissance.Traditional residence is an important carrier of memory in rural areas,full of rich history and culture,and its intrinsic value is prominent,which attracts the attention of all sectors of society.Especially under the party's rural revitalization policy,many opportunities have been brought to the development of residential houses,but at the same time,under the general trend of urbanization,they are facing the danger of extinction.In order to continue the native,regional,historical and cultural spirit of traditional folk houses,this project will discuss the inheritance and renewal of traditional folk houses in villages.The research object of this paper is the traditional dwelling houses of Shangyue Village,which is typical of Lingnan and has its own characteristics.First of all,through the analysis of relevant research at home and abroad,learn from the excellent research methods,summarize the previous experience and research direction.On this basis,the overall characteristics,history,culture and current situation of villages are sorted out,so as to provide motivation and sufficient argumentation for the formation process and influence factors of unique and typical traditional dwellings.From the overall settlement pattern of villages,individual dwellings,material structure and decoration,the overall pattern of villages and characteristics of dwellings are summarized.Put forward its overall pattern is connected to the 18-mile enclosed layout;The monomer of the building is mainly in the form of Huo'er gable,and the plane shape is three rooms and two corridors.And detail on the rich and fine decoration.To make the value assessment as the basis for selecting the corresponding inheritance and renewal strategies and practices.The third part is to learn from multiple examples,refer to the importance of repairing the authenticity and integrity of the central plains,and master the ideas and methods of transformation and renewal.Grasp the key points and overcome the difficulties to achieve the coordination and sustainable protection and development of new and old residential buildings;According to the existing protection planning,the traditional dwellings of Shangyue Village are divided into four categories: cultural protection buildings,important historical buildings,historical buildings and traditional style buildings.Finally,from the three levels of the layout of Eighteen Li,the single building and the environmental elements,this paper gives the strategies and practices of the protection,renovation and renewal and activation of the traditional folk houses in Shangyue Village,and puts forward the historical and cultural expression directions and opinions of the modern folk houses.It is hoped that the inheritance,renewal and activation of traditional dwellings and other buildings in the village as well as the whole village will bring help.In order to better display the characteristics of villages in Qingyuan,more village features are sorted out.The hope is a beneficial attempt in the regional discussion of the new folk houses.
