Traditional Village Landscape Protection And Renewal Design Under The Concept Of Living Inheritance

China’s traditional villages have accumulated the profound agricultural history and cultural essence of the Chinese nation over a long period of history It is both a precious cultural heritage and an important material heritage.With the impact of modern culture,the continuous expansion of cities and the continuous promotion of new rural construction,traditional villages are gradually decaying and fading,and the heritage of village history,culture and traditional skills has lost its vitality,and sustainable development is in crisis.Traditional villages carry unique regional folklore and are an important resource and potential force for rural revival in the new era.The living heritage of traditional villages can effectively alleviate this real-life problem,allowing the traditional culture of villages to be inherited and continued,and realising the sustainable development of villages.This thesis uses theoretical analysis,field research and empirical evidence to explore the relevance of the concept of living heritage to traditional villages,using the Wei Nan Yao Tou Village as the research object.The thesis begins with the current state of research on the living heritage of traditional villages at home and abroad,relevant basic theories and cases of living heritage and renewal of traditional villages,providing theoretical and practical references for the living heritage of Yao Tou Village through research,analysis and generalisation.Secondly,it analyses the basic overview of the village,its characteristics,the current state of conservation of the site and the existing problems,and identifies the value features of Yao Tou Village,the main contradictions of the village and the problems faced by the heritage.Finally,based on the analysis and discussion of the current problems of Yao Tou Village,the main factors related to the conservation and use of the village are identified,and a strategy for the living heritage and renewal of Yao Tou Village is proposed.On the basis of this analysis,the village’s local characteristics and traditional cultural features are used to optimise and enhance the village’s landscape with the goal of living heritage and sustainable development,and to envisage its future development direction.This paper analyses the current situation of the Yao Tou area and the overall characteristics of the landscape environment,and proposes corresponding revitalisation and heritage strategies and practical design solutions for the deterioration of the village ecological environment,the lack of spatial vitality and the discontinuity of cultural heritage,in order to reshape the spatial pattern of the landscape of Yao Tou village,to inject new vitality into the traditional culture of Yao Tou village through the construction of a cultural carrying space to protect the charm of the native culture,and to realise the protection and heritage of the village.This will enable the preservation of the village and its heritage.
