Research On The Protection And Utilization Of Traditional Dwellings In Daxiajialing Village, Rizhao City

Traditional residence is an important cultural heritage in the countryside.It has distinct physical and geographical characteristics,contains rich historical information,and has high historical and cultural value.However,with the acceleration of urbanization,the speed of the disappearance of traditional villages has accelerated,and many excellent traditional residential buildings have disappeared overnight.Therefore,it is urgent to effectively protect and reuse the existing excellent traditional dwellings,make them a historical memory of the villages,and integrate into the present life so as to achieve the goal of sustainable development.This paper takes the Xia family’s courtyard house in Daxiajialing village,Rizhao City as the research object,and explores the ways of sustainable development of the Xia family’s courtyard house from two dimensions of protection and utilization.It is to understand the architectural changes and historical and cultural values of the Xia family’s courtyard house,and make an investigation and analysis of its current situation.Then,it discusses the problems faced by the the Xia family’s courtyard house in the process of protection and utilization,and puts forward the principles and methods of protection and utilization,so as to revitalize this excellent local cultural heritage and integrate into the current rural life.Try to transform the abstract cultural value to the real value,and redesign it on the basis of the present situation of the Xia family’s courtyard house,combined with the local town construction planning.The rural memory hall of the Daxiajialing village reflects the local natural geography and folk culture characteristics,and accords with the needs of the current village development and the needs of the villagers,making it a cultural space and spiritual belonging belonging to the villagers.This paper,based on the train of thought of asking questions,analyzing problems and solving problems,deeply analyzes and analyzes the Xia family’s courtyard house from three aspects: history,humanity and architecture.In the continuation of the historical context of Xia family courtyard,retaining nostalgia,it actively integrates into the environment of the development of the Daxiajialing village,and makes a good demonstration for the protection and utilization of traditional houses in the countryside.
