| With the rapid development of China’s cold chain logistics industry,the domestic and foreign food & beverage refrigeration manufacturers have increased research and development investment.The food and beverage refrigeration units reflect the multidisciplinary and new technologies,have some characteristics such as short lead time,large capital investment,complex,Cross functional departments and high risks.And Technical risk is the main risk in food & beverage refrigeration unit development.In this paper,the FMEA analysis method is combined with the technology risk management theory and method,and to analysis the technology risk with this method systematically and finally to solve these issues during development process.This paper first introduces the F&B unit characteristics and development process,and the main problems in the process,then F&B refrigeration unit WBS(Work Breakdown Structure)is analyzed,expounded the preliminary in technology risk management and process risk management and to identify the potential risks by using the checklist method.FMEA analysis technology is conducted through the process of project startup phase and project implementation,to analysis and discuss the solving approach and model from the aspects of the design process and the technological process,to identify the key risk factors,to determine the priorities of prevention and improvement measures according to the value of the risk,and the whole process above will be documented.FMEA was first applied in the risk management of F&B products development,embodies the effective combination of FMEA theory and risk management theory,and played a positive role in practical use.Product quality was enhanced from the start of design,the cost of new product development was reduced,the new product development cycle was shortened,and Set up a systematic and mature management methods,and accumulated enough experience for other development projects. |
