A Study On The Operation Strategy Of YD Group About Recycling And Reusing Retired Civil Aircraft In Food And Beverage Industry

More than 12,500 civil aircraft will be retired in the next 20 years.How to dispose of this part of civil aircrafts would be a hot topic in the airline industry.In 2005,Aircraft Fleet Recycling Association(AFRA)has been founded in France.During these years they had found a new channel to recycling the retired aircraft,aimed to get more profit.The new channel is disassembly.Based on the results of experiment,AFRA developed the recycling process named PAMELA to guide the detailed process and operating method of disassembling aircrafts.At present stage,most of the retired aircrafts were placed in the cemetery of aircrafts waited for disassembling.Because of the poor number of the disassembling company and the slow development of dismantling technology,there were so much non-renewable resources has been wasted,even caused serious destroy on environment.Some foreign companies tried to get some other way to recycling the aircraft.They reform them to some commercial facilities as hotel,restaurant,playground,and so on.But the non-disassembling recycling was in low number,has not formed industrial scale.So more and more people pay more attention to get a new to recycling the retired aircrafts,aim to get more profit.The paper shows the retired aircrafts recycling scheme of YD catering company,uses Feiyue Yunduan Aircraft Theme Restaurant as classic documentation to analyze the possibility.Uses the PEST show the external environment form the polity,economic,socio-culture,science and technology,and then analysis the custom and the competitor.Summarizes the threats and opportunities in the external environment,and enterprise's weakness and strengths to analyze the possibility.Finally,propose the operation safeguards for implementing the retired aircrafts recycling scheme and the safeguard measures.
