With the progress of science and technology,modern electronic technology has also been rapidly developed,and the use of lightning protection products has become more and more widespread.The research and development of lightning-proof products is an engineering project of application and innovation of lightning-proof technology.Such research and development projects often have the characteristics of large investment,long project cycle and large energy consumption.Therefore,such R&D projects are often affected by many aspects,such as time,environment,and so on,which will bring a lot of variability to R&D,so in the process of R&D of lightning protection products will face more risks,if these risks are ignored,it will have a disastrous impact on the entire R&D project,therefore,Risk management at the beginning of the project is one of the important ways to ensure the smooth operation of R &.At present,the risk management of a project is a discipline technology at the forefront of domestic and foreign countries.It has been widely used in various fields.It is a theoretical technology that integrates multiple basic disciplines into one,and on this basis,it continues to practice and continuously innovate.It plays an important role in various fields and provides a certain reference technology for project decision-making.However,there are many complex factors in the process of project management.Project risk management will be an important guarantee for the smooth development of the project.This study starts with the research and development of the building lightning protection products of PZH Tobacco Company.First,the research background and significance of this research are summarized in detail,and the research status of risk management at home and abroad is summarized and analyzed.The paper also emphatically expounds the relevant theoretical basis of project risk management,clarifies the importance of risk management in the project development process,and lays a certain theoretical basis for the following.Second,the research and development projects of PZH and lightning protection products are introduced in detail,and the research and development of lightning protection products is analyzed.Using the basic theory of project management,the main risks existing in the research and development projects of mine protection products of PZH are identified and analyzed.Then,Risk management,risk monitoring and measures to ensure the smooth implementation of the project are put forward.Finally,this paper summarizes the main research conclusions and results of this study,expounds the existing shortcomings,and plans and expects further research work.
