With the rapid development of China's economy,the automobile consumer market competition is becoming more and more fierce,enterprise distribution and warehousing is facing severe pressure,which is caused by the increasing imported volume and instable sales situation.The government establish new standards of transport trailer to strengthen the regulation in 2016,which will make vehicle shipping faces severe challenges.Many companies,such as Shanghai General Motors Co.Ltd.,the leader of this industry,usually choose the traditional CDEU method,which reducing the operating costs by controlling and depressing the supplier price continuously.However this could not solve the problem fundamentally.Enterprises need to integrate resources and explore new ways of management from the overall strategy at the basis of ensuring quality and cost reduction.This article aims to reduce the operating cost of the enterprise and optimize vehicle logistics management method of new importing L brand.It is studied from capacity planning,storage on site management and vehicle distribution delivery.This article use the method of mathematical model and PDCA theory to predict,plan and optimize vehicle storage capacity,and then establish compound management standards.Finally it constructs the cost optimization model of vehicle distribution by using the simulation method.This article analyzes the entire process from the perspective of compound operation and shipping,combined with the method of process monitoring and the KPI targets,which optimizes the entire operation of the shipping process by using some system tools to redeploy practice operation on the strategic level.
