The project covers a wide range of fields,including water conservancy projects,civil engineering projects and marine engineering.It requires a large amount of manpower,material resources and financial resources to be completed in a long period of time.The smooth progress of the project requires the protection of a strong transportation system,namely engineering logistics.In the process of project implementation,complex equipment,raw materials and other transportation support are required.It is usually completed by many enterprises in different industries.Therefore,the optimization of engineering logistics transportation has become the focus of attention.This study takes Songliao Water Resources and Hydropower Development Co.,Ltd.as the research object,and analyzes its logistics management status in detail.At the same time,it introduces the basic concepts of engineering logistics and analyzes its characteristics different from general logistics.The formulation process of the transportation plan in engineering logistics is expounded,including the main transportation forms adopted and the specific procedures for the formulation of the plan.Based on the above theoretical basis,this paper conducts an in-depth study on the management of SL logistics transportation optimization,establishes the model and method,and designs the optimization scheme model,and enumerates its detailed solution process.In addition,an example of a jaw crusher transport scheme for a project in SL is listed.The best transport route is obtained by model solving,which shows the effectiveness of the study.
