Railway transportation is the most important way of coal transportation.The actual coal transportation volume of railway accounts for about 70% of the national railway transportation volume.For a long time,the capacity of coal transportation channel is tight,forming a passive situation of fixed production by transportation.In recent years,with the adjustment of national capacity structure,the large logistics system oriented to the integration of production,transportation and marketing has become the development direction.It is necessary to study how to optimize the transportation organization in this situation.There is a "benefit paradox" relationship between the railway coal transportation and the coal inventory of the demand side enterprises.The coal demand enterprises hope to transport the coal more frequently and in small batches on the premise of meeting their production needs,so as to reduce their inventory costs.The traditional concept of train organization with the minimum transportation cost as the goal,mostly in large batches.There is a contradiction between the interests of the two,Therefore,considering the inventory cost of the demander,,the joint optimization of the coal transportation scheme from the perspective of the minimum total logistics cost can balance the interests of both sides and achieve a win-win situation between the transportation enterprise and the cargo owner.Based on the research results at home and abroad,this paper fully considers the characteristics of benefit paradox in China’s railway coal transportation,conducts indepth research on the joint optimization model of inventory transportation,refines the nature of the problem and proposes solutions.Following is the main research contents:1)Problem description and research definition,from the characteristics of railway coal transportation channel,general organization process of railway coal transportation channel,inventory optimization theory,this paper introduces the necessity and importance of joint optimization of railway coal storage transportation,and clarifies the research ideas of this paper.2)This paper describes the transportation organization problem and decision variables of the railway coal transportation channel,establishes the transportation organization optimization model considering the inventory cost of the demander,determines the order batch and actual transportation scheme under the optimal condition of the objective function including multiple costs,and designs the algorithm combining the iterative method and genetic algorithm to solve the model.3)The simulation of coal transportation organization considering the inventory cost of the demanders is completed,and the modeling is carried out through the simulation software Any Logic,and the case is designed for visual verification,which provides important theoretical basis and application technology for the case verification in the following paper.4)Seven coal supply stations and coal demanders of Baoshen railway south line,which is National Energy Group’s typical coal transportation channel,are selected to carry out joint optimization of inventory transportation.The results of case prove the validity of the model and the practicability of the algorithm designed in this paper.After joint optimization of inventory transportation,the total logistics cost of coal transportation channel can be reduced by 6.67% for the actual coal Transportation has great practical significance.4)Seven coal supply stations and coal demanders of Baoshen railway south line,a typical coal transportation channel of national energy group,are selected to carry out joint optimization of inventory transportation.The analysis results of the cases prove the validity of the model and the practicability of the algorithm designed in this paper,and the total cost of logistics can be reduced by 6.67% through the joint optimization of inventory transportation,which is of great value for coal transportation.There are 47 pictures,32 tables and 75 references.
