The Application Of Information Technology For Equipment Management In Shipbuilding Enterprise

Equipment is the main production tool in enterprise,its role in enterprises,especially the modern enterprise has been self-evident.At present,the competition in the shipbuilding industry is increasingly fierce,and the function of the equipment is more prominent.How to improve the management level of equipment to make it play a key role becomes one of the effective ways to let shipbuilding enterprises upgrade,out of the woods and win the competition.The Internet technology mature gradually,Internet of things,sensors,big data and other new information technology are also emerging,there is no doubt that information technology will be the most effective way to improve enterprise equipment management level.This paper takes the equipment management work of China Shipping Industry(Jiang Su)Co.,Ltd.as the research object and totally has five aspects.The first part describes the research background,clarifies the development history of equipment management at home and abroad,and summarizes the development of equipment management information technology.The second part summarizes the equipment management theory,equipment management information theory and equipment management trend to support this article.In the third part,the present situation of equipment management of China Shipping Industry(Jiang Su)Co.,Ltd.is expounded and analyzed,including the organizational structure of the equipment management,the division of duties and management system.We find that there are some problems in the company,such as the level of information is low,lack of integrated management concept,early management is not in place,the maintenance mode is backward,the spare parts management is chaotic,the equipment repair time is long,and the data acquisition method is traditional.The fourth part introduces the application of EAM system to solve the problem of equipment management,including the implementation process,the main function modules,problems and achievements.The last part is the conclusion and research prospect.The basic conclusion of this paper is that the EAM system,which is representative of equipment management information technology,integrates advanced equipment management concepts such as Total Productive Maintenance(TPM),Reliability Centered Maintenance(RCM)and life cycle costs(LCC),and integrates advanced hardware equipment,such as data acquisition instrument and fault pagers,can be a good solution to enterprise equipment management problems,and comprehensively enhance the level of enterprise equipment management information.This paper illustrates the effectiveness and importance of information technology in equipment management with the application example.The research results have certain guiding significance for the innovation and reform of equipment management of shipbuilding enterprises.
