With the rapid development of the economy,the construction industry has got great increasement.However,because of the shortage of field resources,the difficulty of real estate sales approval,the increasing prices of construction materials,labors and macro-control policies from the government to the real estate market,the cost of construction projects has increased greatly benefits have been greatly affected.Only to control the cost of project effectively on the basis of ensuring the quality of construction,can enable enterprises to achieve better development.This paper takes WeiHua Construction Group of Shenzhen construction industry as the research object,and focuses on the cost management issues in the construction project management.It's based on the theoretical knowledge of project management,cost management and quality management,the thesis combines the data obtained from field investigation and literature analysis to analyze the current situation of cost management of the company's engineering projects,and sort out the causes of the problems.Therefore,put forward targeted management suggestions.In addition,the SF project,a typical housing construction project that the company has been completed and delivered for use,is a practical case,summarizing the practical experience and failure lessons,and verifying the feasibility of the above recommendations.It is expected that the research results of this paper can provide suggestions for WeiHua Construction Group to improve the cost management practices of its engineering projects,achieve the goal of reducing costs and increase efficiency,and provide ideas and useful references for other construction industry enterprises.
