Research On The Design Strategy Of The Aged Buildings In Shanxi Based On The Green Ecological Concept

With the release of the "Green Pension Building Evaluation Criteria",guided by the state's policy of developing a green and ecologically ageing industry,the author aims to combine the current situation of China with diverse regional characteristics,large regional aging,and uneven distribution of ecological resources,combining "green building design concept" with "age building design",building a green ecological pension building suitable for Shanxi.This may also opens up new directions for the pension industry.Under this background,this paper studies and summarizes the regional and cultural characteristics of Shanxi area,making a research on the pension typical buildings in this area.And in view of the current standards and codes in China,we start from the pre-construction planning and the technical approach of single energy-saving design.;we adopt series of software,Zhongzhi Sunshine Analysis?STAR-CCM+wind environment analysis?Tianzheng Energy Saving Design and so on,to simulate,summarize,and refine data.Based on the simulation and data summary of Tianzheng energy-saving design software.Finally,this paper puts forward the green ecological design technology strategy of old-age buildings in accordance with Shanxi's regional characteristics,which has been proved the feasibility of that through the application of the green ecological design of the project.,so as to provide suitable living condition for the elderly in Shanxi.The text is composed of five chapters.The first chapter mainly discusses the research background,purpose and significance of the subject,research trends at home and abroad,research content and methods,and the framework of the paper.The second one mainly studies the regional characteristics of Shanxi.Through the characteristics of climate data,the study of related policy documents,and the in-depth field research,we have discovered some issues of the old-age buildings in the area and propose amendments for the green ecological design of the old-age buildings in Shanxi.Based on the results of the previous chapter's research,the third one starts from the research of green eco-design system,using software simulation to compare and analyze the data,putting forward the effectiveness of these technical strategies,especially compensating for the lack of “wind environment” in the planning and design of Shanxi Province in the past through Wind Environment Simulation of architectural planning model.Finally,it proposes a feasible green ecological old-age building design method and technical strategy for Shanxi.This is where the innovation lies.The fourth one introduces practical engineering project—The green design case of Jingle County Social Welfare Center inXingzhou City,Shanxi Province,verifying its feasibility of the green technology strategy,promoting the application and implementation of green ecological technology in the old-age buildings in Shanxi.The last one makes a summary and outlook based on the research results of the full text,and also points out some insufficient and limited.
