The Strategy Research Of An Kang High-tech Zone Planning Based On The Concept Of Green Ecological Urban Area

As urban ecological environment is heavily polluted and the weather is serious tough,they gradually become a hard problem in the process of urbanization,so how to minimize its negative effect in the foundation of sustainable development is what matters.In April,2012,the government put up with the concept of “ecological urban area”,aimed to accelerate the development of green buildings.As a format to research this point,ecological area construction is a long march,including ecological physical environment and social civilization,which should be made step by step,and under the consensus of low carbon and environmental protection,the planning and construction of ecological urban area is still a new trend in our city,such as Tian Jian city and Tang Shan city,which have gained good grade in social,ecological and economical side.At the same time,in our country,from the top to bottom in government,An Kang ecological development is become one of the most important in urban planning,and An Kang high-tech zone is a key to motivate An Kang’s development,so when faced with industrial transformation,weak ecological function,it’s essential to set a goal to make a sustainable development of economy,society and resources.So,under this background,this article make a research of An Kang high-tech zone in the orientation of ecological urban area.In this article,five chapters are given to illustrate the high-tech zone planning research,which are based on the process of raise questions,analyze and solve problems.Firstly,from the vision of government policy,industrial park development and Qin Ba mountainous area,the research background is represented,and this paper introduces the purpose and significance to promote high-tech zone construction by research methods and framework.And then,by the study of high-tech zone and ecological urban planning,we establish the framework of urban and rural planning on the basis of ecological urban area concept,which is a way to explore the high-tech zone planning.Thirdly,this article introduces ecological urban area’s dynamic mechanism,and builds the aim to plan high-tech zone.Finally,on the analysis of current situation in An Kang high-tech zone,this paper puts up with the planning strategy.
