| With the continuous development of our economy and society, at the same time, the domestic construction of various infrastructure have been promoted and updated dramatically. Highway, which was considered as the product of modern transport facilities, has been constructed considerably. During this period, being the counterpart of highway, Highway Service Area would be better designed to meet its higher and updated architectural design requirements, which is aimed to not just fulfill the requirements involved in modern transportation, but also reflect the sustainability of its adapting to the times of ecological civilization.The building of Highway Service Area, which was the indispensable part of Highway Service Area, has its own specificity in terms of function, diversity in terms of serving requirements, self-sufficiency in terms of utilization of energy and resource. As the specific type of traffic construction, the building of Highway Service Area is very different from other conventional city building, not only does it provide the people-oriented architecture on the basis of rapid development of economy and society, gratifying the user's psychological and physical needs, at the same time, it also pay much more attention on the relationship between architecture and environment, and the energy saving of building. The concept of green building has been penetrated into the architectural design of Highway Service Area, which not just play an important role in alleviating the shortage of resources and reducing building energy consumption, but also contribute significantly on expanding the research areas of energy saving and environmental protection.This thesis, on the basis of study on the framework of green building, mainly discussed the architectural design problems of Highway Service Area based on the concept of green building, analyzed and summarized the representative method and related technologies of architectural design of domestic and foreign green building, in order to provide the theoretical support for architectural design of Highway Service Area. At the same time, taking the highway service areas in Shanxi Province for example, it analyzed the existing crucial problems in terms of overall layout and design of individuals,which is to find a solution of the problem. Eventually, this article proposed the methods and principles based on the concept of green building according to the four:demand, environment, form and construction, which consisted of basic points belonged to green building system, in addition, it was also illustrated and proven by the practical case. The thesis proposed the theoretical evidence and practical utilization pattern, through illustrating the practical application about architectural design of Highway Service Area on the basis of the concept of green building. To some extent, it broadened the range of practical application about the concept of green building, at the same time, it has introduced the new design ideas for the cross-section disciplines between the highway design and architectural design. |
