Research On Design Strategy And Method Of Old-age Architecture In Guanzhong Area Based On Green Architecture Concept

The situation of population aging in Guanzhong area is severe,and the growing of the elderly population,which makes the construction of old-age buildings still have a lot of requirements.At the same time,the country is vigorously promoting green building,and the implementation of the 2019 edition of green building evaluation standard means that our understanding of "green building" has entered a new height.In this background,the application of green building concept in the elderly care building can not only improve the space quality of the elderly care building,but also effectively save energy consumption in the elderly care building and operation process,and improve the profitability of the elderly care building.Therefore,the application of green building concept in the elderly care building has become an inevitable development trend.However,the construction of old-age buildings in Guanzhong area started late,the development of green design was slow,and the understanding of green building concept was not deep enough;the new green building standard expanded the connotation of green concept in an all-round way,and put forward new requirements around users based on the principle of "people-oriented".At such a time node,this study hopes to summarize the experience of green design in Guanzhong area,analyze the actual demand of old-ag.e buildings in Guanzhong area,based on these green design experience,propose the green design strategy of old-age buildings in Guanzhong area,and provide theoretical reference for the construction of old-age buildings in Guanzhong area.This study can be divided into four main parts:First of all,the author elaborates the definition,evaluation index and concept evolution of green building,then focuses on Guanzhong area,and summarizes the green design experience of Guanzhong area by analyzing the green concept contained in its traditional settlements and contemporary buildings;Then,the author investigates the current situation of green design of old-age buildings in Guanzhongarea,and clarifies the current situation and problems of green design application in old-age buildings;Next,the author summarizes the design requirements of green design for old-age buildings in combination with the needs found in the survey and the evaluation indicators of the new standard;Finally,in view of the dimensions of planning and layout,architectural design and equipment selection,the author analyzes and obtains the specific space design strategy,and verifies the effectiveness of the design strategy with the help of relevant software.
