Study On The Strategy Of Space Planning In Xixian New Area Based On The Concept Of Green Development

The urban spatial planning is based on the carrying capacity of the ecological environment.To a certain extent,the protection of the ecological environment affects and restricts the highquality and stable development of the urban economy and society.Over the past four decades of reform and opening up,the extensive urban development model has made urban resources and environment unsustainable,and the destruction of the ecological environment has become a major bottleneck restricting economic and social sustainable development.The main manifestations are as follows: First,the development and construction of cities has caused serious damage to the ecological environment,and the level of ecological civilization construction has lagged behind urban economic and social development;Second,the pursuit of rapid economic development of urban land development patterns,resulting in erosion of natural ecological space,the original ecological restoration and self-regulation damage,The development of conflict with resources and environment has caused problems such as urban ecological problems,resulting in the lack of urban spatial diversity,the decline in the quality of residents' living environment,and the loss of urban vitality.With the development of a series of national ecological development strategies,the concept of green development has increasingly attracted attention from the society.How to lead urban spatial planning and development through the “Green Development Concept”? The promotion of green development methods and lifestyles through the integration of urban space is a new area and an important issue for urban and rural planning disciplines.As a state-level new district that innovates urban development methods,Xixian New Area has now prepared series of master plans,detailed plans,and special plans.However,with the introduction of the concept of green development,the improvement of residents' awareness of environmental protection and the innovation of green technologies,the spatial planning and development of Xixian New Area still needs to be strengthened.Therefore,this paper selects the spatial planning of Xixian New Area as the research object,based on the perspective of the green development concept and related planning theory,adopts a qualitative and quantitative approach to the study of urban spatial planning theory and coping strategies.Firstly,from the perspective of the concept of green development,this paper,based on a review of the domestic and foreign urban spatial planning theory methods and practices,summarizes the planning ideas and lessons for China's urban green development,and provides theoretical support for the study of this paper;Analyze the status quo of urban green space development in Xixian New Area from the aspects of space development,land use layout,road traffic,green space ecosystems,and infrastructure,and sort out current development characteristics.Third,based on the previous research,summarize the two concepts of green development and urban spatial planning.The relationship between the people,the formulation of urban green development goals,and the establishment of a green development planning index system for Xixian New Area with the goal orientation;Finally,based on the goal-oriented and planning index system,from the construction of green space ecosystems,spatial green development model,improve land use Research on planning strategies for efficiency,green transport systems,green development infrastructure and safeguards.This article takes the concept of green development as the perspective of urban spatial planning,transforms the concept of urban planning development,establishes a planning index system,and responds to strategies to guide the development and construction of Xixian New Area,and at the same time,transforms and responds to the green development of cities in China.Research provides practical reference and guidance.
