In recent years,the global automobile yield grows steadily,China has grown into the first automobile producer,meanwhile,competition is increasingly fierce,auto makers strive to reduce their production and operation cost to get advantage in the market.Auto logistics is an important part in the process of production,accounting for about 10% of the total cost,the proportion in China is much higher than the average.Auto parts inbound logistics,as the beginning of realizing lean production logistics,not only directly affect the overall cost of the automobile logistics system,but also affect the subsequent operation efficiency,therefore,the process optimization and cost control has drawn more attentions.In this paper,we made a research in automobile parts inbound logistics routing plan problem,introduced the concept of unloading time windows,designed the mathematical model,in order to reduce the transportation cost.According to the characteristics of the model,this paper de-signed a tabu search algorithm.Through the experimental data,we proved the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.Finally,we applied this scheme to practical production problems,and the result proved that the scheme can effectively save transportation costs,and ensure the production efficiency.
