Urinary dysfunction is a common type of urinary system disease.Clinical experience shows that electrical stimulation therapy has a significant effect in the treatment of neurogenic urinary dysfunction,but most of the current electrical stimulation therapy devices are used in hospitals,patients are restricted by the medical status quo of "difficult to see a doctor,expensive to see a doctor",treatment is often limited.Based on this situation,a portable low frequency electrical stimulation instrument for bladder therapy is proposed in this paper.Taking into account the homebased treatment needs of patients,the instrument uses an embedded controller as a platform to simulate the generation of low-frequency pulse waveforms,which can be used to stimulate the damaged nerves to resume nerve signal transduction function,and to help patients with neurogenic dysuria symptoms in their home environment.The electric stimulation bladder treatment instrument designed in this paper mainly includes the main circuits such as low-frequency pulse signal generation,signal amplification and feedback,and signal parameter adjustment.The low frequency pulse signal for therapy is generated by DAC circuit conversion,and then through signal amplification and electrode conduction to treat the bladder part of the patient,help the damaged bladder detrusor gradually recover its contractile function,and promote the cooperation between the bladder detrusor and the external urinary sphincter to achieve normal urination.The work of this thesis mainly includes the following points:(1)Based on the poor effect of traditional methods for the treatment of neurogenic urinary dysfunction and the obvious effect of electrical stimulation on neurogenic urinary dysfunction,combined with the current situation of electrical stimulation therapy for urinary system diseases,a design scheme of a portable bladder therapy device is proposed.(2)The software and hardware design of the system was carried out according to the design scheme of the therapeutic device.The hardware circuit design of the therapeutic device is introduced from the aspects of core device selection,stimulus waveform power amplification and waveform signal boost processing.The software system design of the therapeutic instrument is introduced from the aspects of humancomputer interaction interface,stimulus waveform generation and feedback signal detection.(3)Software and hardware joint debugging and functional testing were performed on the whole system.It mainly includes human-computer interaction function test,stimulus output waveform test,voltage boost circuit test,etc.In addition,the test results were analyzed and summarized.Compared with the clinically used bladder treatment instrument,the lowfrequency electric stimulation bladder treatment instrument designed in this thesis has the characteristics of simple operation,convenient use and suitable for household use,and the patient can use it himself under the guidance of the medical staff.The therapeutic device can also be used as a supplement to the clinical treatment of dysuria diseases,and has positive practical significance for reducing the medical expenses of patients,reducing the psychological burden caused by surgery,and helping patients to recover quickly.
