The movement function diseases and such syndromes as depression etc resulted from the stroke all do badly harm to human beings'health and mentality. It's well known that our nerve centre (brain & spinal cord) has the outstanding plasticity, which is one of the most important discoveries of'Brain's 10-Years Plan'. Although, some ordinary rehabilitation methods derived from facilitation technique can help the recovery of the patient's movement ability, the clinical result is not satisfied.According to the improvement effect from the EMG-triggered neuromuscular electrical stimulation to the limbs, the principle of neurogenic neuroprotective electrical stimulation to the cerebella fastigial nucleus, the increase action to the cerebral artery blood stream from spinal cord stimulation and the positive mentality function from cognitive relearning method. The integration rehabilitation method of'Physical & Mental'is brought forward and the medical instrument sample has been developed.The designed therapy instrument adopts the framework of distributed control system that comprises the extension set and PC. The extension set comprises several correspondingly independent circuit modules as EMG collection, NMES and FNS&SCS, which all communicate with PC by the standard serial port. Moreover, NMES module use one of the low frequency modulating rectangle wave as the stimulation output, and in order to separate therapy threshold and ache threshold, FNS&SCS module make use of the random signal modulating and non-polar differential exponent medium frequency pulse signal as carrier wave. Both of them can effectively solve the adaptability problem of simulating waveform to the human body.This paper's main work is the study of PC-based rehabilitation platform software, which complies with Software Engineering, adopts Unified Modeling Language and Oriented Object Programming and uses BCB6.0. We finished three visualized and alternating treatment modes (auto, manual, circular) to afford the'physical & mental'therapy method for the patient. Utilizing database, API functions, multithread, double-buffer and other technologies, the platform software has been finished with many functions and modules, such as cure parameters control, cure project setting, serial port communication, case register, re-enroll case, patient information query, department information maintenance, drawing parameters setting etc.By the primary test, this integrated rehabilitation platform sample is proved to be...
