Magnetic stimulation technology has obvious advantages compared with traditional direct electrical stimulation.In particular,functional magnetic stimulation,also called magnetic stimulation technology for functional recovery therapy,has been proved to be of high application value and have attractive development prospects.Most of the domestic functional magnetic stimulation therapeutic apparatus have shortcomings such as serious coil temperature rise,low intensity of magnetic field,poor safety and reliability and backwardness of ackward human-machine management interface.Referring to the domestic and international functional magnetic stimulation therapeutic apparatus,considering the requirements of a medical device company,a functional magnetic stimulation therapeutic apparatus based on STM32F4 is designed.According to the demand,the method of generating magnetic pulse by capacitor charging and discharging is put forward.Cooling of magnetic stimulation coil is realized by using semiconductor refrigeration.The man-machine interaction is implemented by the upper computer software written in the Microsoft Visual Studio development environment.Control system,high-power components and main circuit are isolated from each other by magnetic dipole monent,optocoupler,Hall current sensor,relay,GODSEN D power isolator,etc.The reasonable selection of the parameters is carried out by means of theoretical calculation,MATLAB analysis,magnetic field simulation and circuit simulation.This control system uses STM32F407 as the core processor.The whole control system is designed around the main control circuit.The magnetic stimulation coil cooling consists of two parts: the driving part and the sensor signal input part.The lower computer software is based on the?C/OS-?real time operating system.It consists of multiple tasks,and is easy to debug and maintain.In the cooling task,variable speed integral incremental PID control algorithm is adopted to improve the accuracy of temperature.The upper computer software is composed of many modules.On the basis of meeting the operation and monitoring of the lower computer,the information management module of the user and the patient is added to facilitate the information management of the hospital.The functional magnetic stimulation therapeutic apparatus has been verified by software test,hardware test and performance test.The basic function has been realized,and the magnetic field meets the requirements.Coils have good cooling effect.The apparatus has the characteristics of high safety and reliability.Human-computer interaction interface is beautiful and generous.The apparatus has a positive effect on the research for the medical staff.And this paper provides a technical reference to the research of magnetic field therapy system.
