| Migraine is a kind of primary headache.At the onset,the symptoms are mainly unilateral headache with severe pulsation,which leads to the patient’s inability to concentrate on work or study during the onset of migraine.The drug treatment of migraine will make patients dependent or drug-resistant.Taking drugs for a long time will increase the economic burden of patients,and adverse drug reactions will also affect the lives of patients.The physical therapy of migraine generally adopts transcutaneous nerve electrical stimulation therapy.Through non-invasive electrical stimulation nerve regulation technology,pulse current is used to activate the nerve fibers in the peripheral nerve at the stimulation site to achieve analgesic effect.It has many advantages such as no adverse drug reaction,high safety and low cost.It has been widely used in the treatment of pain diseases.Therefore,Transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation is an economical and effective treatment for patients with early migraine.Aiming at the problems of single treatment mode,insufficient safety guarantee mechanism,high price and inconvenient operation of users in the current market equipment for the treatment of migraine by transcutaneous nerve electrical stimulation technology,this paper puts forward a design scheme of wearable migraine electrical stimulation treatment instrument.The therapeutic instrument realizes the purpose of preventing and treating migraine by stimulating the trigeminal nerve under the head skin through the output pulse current of the electrode.The treatment parameters such as the intensity and frequency of the output pulse current can be set by using the key or mobile app,and the function of real-time monitoring and regulating the output current intensity is designed to ensure the safety and stability of the treatment process.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Determine the design scheme of the therapeutic instrument.By analyzing and summarizing the functions of the therapeutic instrument and equipment on the market,considering the different use environment and needs of users,and combined with the principle of transcutaneous nerve electrical stimulation and clinical trial data,the therapeutic parameters and functions of migraine electrical stimulation therapeutic instrument are clarified.(2)Hardware circuit and software programming.The hardware circuit design includes the selection of the main control chip in the microcontroller module,the design of the power supply module to meet a variety of power supply needs,the current source module to output the pulse current with adjustable treatment parameters,the current detection module,the impedance detection module and the peripheral module to enhance the user experience,the selection of components in each module,etc.The software program mainly includes Android mobile app designed and developed based on Android studio platform,which has the functions of fixed mode selection,treatment parameter display and setting of user-defined mode,and operation instruction sending;Based on Keil μVision 5 platform designs and develops microcontroller software programs with pulse current output,current and impedance detection,Bluetooth communication and other functions.(3)Performance test of therapeutic instrument.The performance test mainly includes hardware function test and software function test.The hardware function test mainly includes maximum load capacity test,current detection and impedance detection accuracy test,pulse width accuracy test and output waveform test.Software test mainly includes app function test,Bluetooth communication test,etc.Through the analysis and summary of the test results of the therapeutic instrument,the therapeutic instrument designed in this paper can stably and accurately output electric stimulation pulses according to the set treatment parameters.At the same time,the accuracy of current detection and impedance detection is good.Compared with similar products on the market,it has the advantages of higher safety,stability and more convenient use.It can provide low-cost electric stimulation treatment services for migraine patients. |
