Training is an important link in the process of selecting,using,educating and retaining in the human resource management system of automotive enterprises.It is a key link directly related to the sustainable and healthy development and long-term prosperity of automotive enterprises.New employees who are carefully recruited must first be trained and empowered by the specialized technicians of the enterprise so that the newly recruited employees can acquire the necessary professional skills and sales work skills in the training,so that they can better recognize the values of the enterprise and the vision of the enterprise,and combine the development of their own profession with the realization of the business goals of the enterprise.Only in this way can we really give full play to the advantages and strength of professionals.In this way,the development of enterprises can establish a true "moat" in the market,and can better and effectively adapt to the fierce competition in the automotive industry market.The sales of 4S automobile entered the automobile industry,starting in the 1990 s,from the opening of the first 4$sales store in 1998 to the present,after more than 20 years of history,until now,the operating concept and mode of 4S is still a mainstream concept and mode of today's automobile industry sales store operation.Among them,sales has always been the core of the 4S automotive business model.Sales stores,due to the large flow of sales staff and poor quality,have been a major problem in the industry.How can we truly have a stable,efficient,high-quality and professional automotive sales workforce? It has already become a key technical problem to be studied and solved in major automobile dealers and group operations,which is regarded as critical by the industry.Therefore,an effective sales management training implementation service system has been established,which effectively trains and improves the comprehensive quality and business ability of first-line sales managers and employees.It has a very important role and significance for the development of automotive parts distribution industry.XP Company,as the "head enterprise" of the new force of automobile manufacturing,is the unicorn company of the new energy automobile enterprise in China.Its innovative new retail automobile sales mode,dividing 4S into 2S(Sales + Experience)+ 2S(Delivery + Post-Sale)mode,establishes the sales store in the business center,and operates a direct + authorized marketing system,which puts forward great requirements for the sales ability of personnel.At the same time,there are two systems of direct operation authorization.The personnel's "selection,use,education and retention" correspond to different management requirements.The staff of direct operation stores have higher general quality,but the industry sales experience is relatively insufficient,the staff quality of authorized stores is not high,but the industry sales experience is relatively rich.How to let the sales staff ensure the fighting power of the two sales channels through training? It is of vital practical significance for P Company to ensure that the customer experience and employee service quality are consistent so as to ensure the achievement of sales goals.Under the guidance of the theory related to human resources,through a large number of training-related data and statistics provided by the company's trainers,through a variety of research and methods,such as interviews on key management positions,questionnaire survey data analysis and other methods,this paper analyzes the current status and basic situation of the existing sales management personnel's ability to find out the existing problems.Combining the theory and practice related to the training system,this paper puts forward a set of solutions to improve the sales training management system suitable for the needs and characteristics of automobile sales industry of automobile companies.In this way,it will help to build a high-quality sales management team with high technical quality and certain fighting power: at the same time,it can effectively give some training reference to China's automobile sales management industry,and create its own high-quality sales team.
