China has gradually entered an aging society,and the healthy problems of the elderly have become a topic of constant concern to the society.Cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases are one of the high incidences of the elderly.Cerebral thrombosis accounts for about 80%of the incidence of cerebrovascular disease in the same period The disability mortality rate of prognosis and recurrence has been increasing in recent years.Medical resources are limited,so family rehabilitation monitoring and management are very important for the elderly with cerebral thrombosis,but the research on monitoring products is still insufficientBased on the theory and method of service design,this paper conducts research on the rehabilitation of cerebral thrombosis in the elderly.Firstly,the cerebral thrombosis disease and its family rehabilitation process were investigated to analyze the factors that prone to recurrence,and then to investigate the monitoring products of assisted rehabilitation.In survey there were certain deficiencies in the monitoring products that specifically serve cerebral thrombosis in the market.Then,the users' needs and related monitoring products of the elderly patients with rehabilitation cerebral thrombosis were studied separately.Using the stakeholder relationship diagram and the users' journey map,the pain points in the rehabilitation process and monitoring products were analyzed and summarized,and the design opportunity points and design expectations were determined Finally,through the service system map and service blueprint,further in-depth analysis,output cerebral thrombosis elderly home care monitoring service system and hardware products,design verification,complete product optimization,and verify the effectiveness availability of the system and productsThe cerebral thrombosis elderly home care monitoring service system constructed in this paper optimizes the rehabilitation service experience of cerebral thrombosis in the elderly by optimizing the resource allocation during the rehabilitation process.In this paper,the cerebral thrombosis family hardware monitoring products are redesigned to simplify the product use process,make it meet the cognitive habits of elderly patients,improve the product's ease of use and use value,and then motivate patients to self-rehabilitation management in daily life,to achieve purpose of the patient more quickly recover.The research results not only improve the family rehabilitation experience of the elderly with cerebral thrombosis,but also provide new ideas for the design of family rehabilitation monitoring products for cerebral thrombosis.
