Research And Design Of Family Health Monitoring Products For Urban Empty Nest Elderly

With the family planning policy introduced in the last century and the development of urbanization,modernization and urbanization,the family structure of our country has gradually changed from the traditional family to the small family model.With the growing number of urban empty nest elderly,empty nest elderly people have become an inevitable social problem,especially China’s economy is underdeveloped and the medical facilities are relatively backward.The health problem of city empty nest elderly has gradually become the most important social problem in current.In recent years,people are increasingly pay more attention to health monitoring than the treatment of diseases,therefore,all kinds of family health monitoring products become more and more popular.However,the functional design of home health monitoring products is relatively simple,and lack of systematic research on the data,in addition,the physical condition of the elderly is more complex,health monitoring products in the market has been difficult to get a complete comprehensive scientific Health diagnosis.This paper states the concept of "urban empty nest elderly" and "health monitoring",and then classified and summarized the existing family health monitoring products in China.Finally,the paper analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of existing products in market,and combined with the international family health monitoring product design concepts and technology to provide high-tech technology support for product design.According to the common physical characteristics of the elderly and the special circumstances of the empty nests,this paper provides design guidance combined with product design principles and provides theory design for the family health monitoring products from the functional design,service design,user needs and other aspects.Through the analysis,research and design factors to summarize the design of the user model required.Integrated design principles and research data to the practice of the family health monitoring product design,making the city empty nest elderly family health monitoring products to get more comprehensive and more accurate data.According to the results ofphysical cognition and research for the elderly this paper finds that the vast majority of urban empty nest elderly get more than two kinds of chronic diseases,therefore,the design of a multi-functional health monitoring products to get a comprehensive monitoring of urban empty nest elderly health.To increase the product supporting equipment and the scope of health monitoring services become wider and more comprehensive.This paper focus on the difficulty of the city empty nest elderly people can not communicate with the doctors because their data are difficult to record.This paper aims to solve the problem of health risks by analyzing the urban empty nest elderly according to their physical and mental characteristics.And then to design ak ind of family health monitoring products to realize the comprehensive functions of reminder,detection,analysis,and record,finally to provide a happy and healthy old age life.
