Research On Interaction Design Of Information Service Products Of Medical And Nursing Integration Of Elderly Community

As China enters into an aging society,medical care and old-age care for the elderly have become the focus of the state and the whole society.Party and government organizations at all levels have taken the initiative to take countermeasures,and have gradually established and improved various medical and old-age care integrated institutions that mainly provide services for the elderly,such as apartments for the aged,nursing homes,foster care centers,mutual welfare homes and day care centers.While the new policy conditions and environment continuously improve the living conditions of the elderly,they also encounter many problems.Especially in these institutions or communities integrating medical care and nursing,the wide use of modern information service products,such as medical self-service terminals,brings various kinds of medical product interaction problems to the elderly.In the preliminary investigation of this study,the author found that the current use of such modern information service products has problems such as unclear target task,complex operation process,lack of interactive experience and emotional care,etc.,through the situational observation and focus interview of elderly users.These problems make such products difficult to be favored by elderly users.With the coming of the era of elderly users' interactive experience,we need to improve the practical functions in the design of medical self-service terminal,especially to improve the elderly users' experience of its interactive interface.According to the above problem,this study from people because of ergonomics,interaction design,service and related theory of experience design,through to the existing mature information service products interface were analyzed,and the complete user model building,and task oriented,the older users in the information service products problems encountered in the use process combined with service design of five layers of demand,to explore the older users on the mental model of information service products needs and expectations,for subsequent elderly community information service provides the theory basis for product interface interaction design and design criteria.As the elderly community service of medical and nursing integration in China has just started,enough attention has not been paid to the elderly user group in the interaction design of information service products,and the product experience of elderly users is still not ideal.This study aims to carry out the interaction design of information service products from the perspective of product use barriers of elderly users and various demand dimensions.While improving the deficiencies of existing products,it can also provide reference Suggestions for the interaction design of other related information service products.
